The NEW USA is made in Oklahoma City and is our most cost-effective single-piece bow spring centralizer to date. It is developed specifically for U.S. onshore wells—including vertical, deviated, and horizontal applications.
Fully compliant with API 10D standards, the USA centralizer’s single-piece construction provides durable downhole performance. Our proprietary heat treatment process enhances bow flexibility, delivering effective standoff, low start and running forces, and excellent fluid dynamics. This contributes to optimal cementing outcomes and improved runability across a range of well conditions.
Engineered for performance, a reduced stature allows increased flow-by-area while maintaining restoring forces and stand-off typically found in more premium offerings. The USA is ideal for rotation and reciprocation supporting industry best practices for cementing.
As the name suggests, the USA is manufactured entirely in our Oklahoma City facility using U.S.-sourced steel and labor. This domestic production significantly reduces transportation and storage costs across U.S. fields and offers a tariff-proof alternative to imported centralizers. These efficiencies make the USA an ideal solution for onshore U.S. projects where cost control, logistics, and environmental impact are critical—without compromising the performance operators expect from Centek.
The USA is available with a corresponding range of high strength stop collars.
Available to suit casing sizes ranging from 4 1/2" to 9 5/8".
