Engineered to extreme tolerances, this close-tolerance (CT) model can navigate the tightest restrictions encountered in demanding offshore environments. Its patented offset bow design is optimized for deepwater operations where space constraints are critical, and the robust construction ensures reliable performance in highly challenging conditions.
A key feature of the UROS-CT is its precisely formed cross-bow curvature, which enhances the strength and durability of the bows, allowing the centralizer to perform effectively under high-stress conditions.
With a low-profile design that maximizes fluid dynamics, the UROS-CT is ultra-flexible to ease the casing string to total depth (TD). This innovative centralizer provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional centralizer subs and is ideal for applications in under-reamed well sections, tight casing applications, deepwater, highly deviated wells, horizontal/extended reach drilling (ERD), and complex well types like S-Type and J-Type.
