The TUR-SUB’s precise manufacturing and single-piece construction eliminate the risk of failure, ensuring reliable performance in critical wellbore environments. During operations, the TUR-SUB’s design allows the sub body to rotate within the centralizer at minimal torque, with the centralizer fully recessing into the sub body to navigate the tightest restrictions.
The TUR-SUB centralizer’s interlocked band design provides the strength of a single-piece construction, ensuring superior durability. The sub body is designed to meet API 5CT requirements, meet or exceed the host casing’s burst, collapse and tensile ratings, and be threaded to suit the casing string. Additionally, Centek offers the flexibility to tailor sub bodies to meet customer-specific requirements, making the TUR-SUB a versatile and reliable choice for challenging well operations.
