Featuring a unique twisted hinge with one-way pin, it combines the strength and performance of Centek’s industry-leading single-piece centralizers with up to 30% savings on transport, storage, and installation costs. This is made possible by its ability to nest efficiently on a pallet.
Fitment is quick and easy, with one hinge delivered pre-pinned, achieving installation times comparable to slip-on centralizers. This design makes the S-H ideal for land, offshore, and deepwater wells, highly deviated wellbores, long lateral runs, and situations where slip-on centralizers are not feasible.
The S-H offers several advantages, including a reduced carbon footprint due to minimized transport and storage needs, and each unit is made to gauge for precise fitment. The high standoff ratios promote effective zonal isolation, providing added value and efficiency in demanding applications.
Redesigned 00SH and HDSH stop collars has been developed using the same hinged design. Holding forces are comparable to Centek’s industry leading single piece stop collar range.
