Constructed from high-quality alloy steel, the OBH’s bow springs are hot bent to shape using precision dies and undergo a controlled heat treatment process to ensure uniform spring characteristics. Designed to exceed API 10D standards, the OBH offers an extended profile and is also compatible with a hinged stop collar, providing a versatile solution for wells with build rates under 10° per 100 feet and depths under 10,000 feet. Its ease of assembly and robust construction make it a dependable choice for applications where slip-on centralizers cannot be used.
