High-performance casing centralizers engineered for optimal standoff, backed by advanced simulations and global well experience.
Centek’s proprietary heat treatment process is designed to optimize the microstructure of the steel used in its bow spring centralizers, helping deliver the combination of high restoring force, flexibility, and durability required in demanding well conditions. By carefully controlling the heating and cooling process, Centek enhances the spring characteristics of the material while reducing the risk of permanent deformation under load. The result is a centralizer capable of maintaining stand-off and performance during challenging casing runs, rotation, and cementing operations.

Centek’s interlocking jigsaw joint uses a precision mechanical connection to create a strong and flexible single-piece product. Laser cutting hardens the joint edges, while go-no-go gauges ensure every joint is manufactured accurately. The design provides up to 400% more contact area than a traditional straight weld, improving joint strength and reliability.
Many Centek centralizers have a predetermined curvature on each bow to ensure the edges of the bow do not contact the wellbore. By incorporating this feature in our centralizer designs, mechanical friction is significantly reduced, allowing the string to move more freely through tight, ledged, or deviated sections. The result is lower running forces and a smoother, more predictable run-in-hole (RIH) experience.
Centek products are manufactured to precise gauge tolerances so they fit the exact size of the hole, ensuring consistent and reliable standoff in the wellbore. Unlike some competitor products, which may be over-gauge to provide high standoff at the expense of RIH, or under-gauge to pass through tighter sections, Centek designs are optimized to deliver effective centralization while supporting smooth casing running, improved cement placement and strong zonal isolation.
