How can we help?

Does Centek adhere to API 10D testing protocols for its product testing?

Centek has always tested all centralizers covered by API Specification 10D in accordance with the latest applicable API testing protocols.

Following the release of API Specification 10D, Seventh Edition, in 2022, all relevant centralizer tests have been carried out in accordance with the updated requirements. This includes Centek’s under-reamed centralizers, for which testing requirements were introduced within the seventh edition.

Centek also follows API Recommended Practice 10D-2 when testing stop collars. This provides a standardized procedure for evaluating stop collar holding performance and reporting the results.

By adhering to recognized API testing procedures, Centek provides operators with clear, consistent and comparable performance data to support informed product selection and well planning.
