This privacy policy (as well as our Terms of Use) sets out how your personal information such as your name, address and telephone number ("personal information") will be stored and used. This privacy policy only applies to the collection and use of your personal information by us and those authorised by us and by accessing and using our Website, you accept the terms of this privacy policy which we may update and amend from time to time. If you do not agree with any aspect of our privacy policy then you should not use the Website.

What information do we hold about you and how is it collected?

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • details of your visits to our Website, including but not limited to traffic and location data; and

Where do we store your personal data?

Your data shall be kept up to a duration of indefinitely, unless you choose to withdraw your consent during this time period.

Data that we collect from you will be stored on servers in the UK or may be collected by SurveyMonkey and stored in MailChimp or Insightly and transferred to the United States for the purposes of storage. While these businesses are not a Member State of the European Union (EU), they are members of the EU-US Privacy Shield Program. This confirms that appropriate and suitable safeguards have been put in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the standards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data shall be shared with the Centek Holding Limited (“the data controller”) and Centek Inc including their respective employees and contractors who will be provisioned with the data to facilitate the purposes for which the data shall be processed as outlined previously.

These processors may use sub processors of which a comprehensive list is available upon request. The legal basis for this processing is based on consent, and your personal data shall not be stored or processed if you do not consent. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Furthermore, the provision of data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data, and there are no notable consequences of failing to provide such data. Additionally, you have the right to request from us, the Centek Holdings Limited (“the data controller”), access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning your personal data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Will we share your information with third parties?

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
